With an array of glass structures in your home, you can let sunlight stream uninterrupted through the space, lessening your reliance on electrical lighting and making you significant savings on your energy bills.
One client recognised this benefit and asked us to create all the drawings, plans and interior design necessary for satisfying a range of glass requirements.
The client had many exciting ideas for additions to be made to their five-bedroom, semi-detached property in Chelsea.
These ideas included having walk on glass in their living room to permit the passage of natural light into the basement, where a home cinema and a dining area were both situated. The client also wished for us to design a glass wine cellar and glass staircase balustrades.
Using a site survey, we were able to ascertain exactly what kind of glass work we should complete — and which material we ought to use for it. The client was very happy with what we proposed on both of these counts.
